So, on Saturday we got hit by Hurricane Dorian! Which was an adventure, really. I spent half of yesterday hauling fallen trees out of my dad's yard and we only just got power back home. Half the province is still without it, and cell service and data is down across pretty big swathes of the city. Since I don't know if I'm going to have a connection from one moment to the next, I've turned most of my pups to animals, with the exception of, like, Sparkle and Zack, who are busy or laying low or something. Modding rights go to those who know where they are. I'll be back when things are a little less up in the air around here!

And also maybe after a nap.

Hey, folks! Just leaving a note here to say that, since I'm drowning in actual-for-real-employment-work, and since I have a table at a con that's right around the corner (WHAT WAS I THINKING?), I'll be bowing out of the game for the next week in order to try to get all of my ducks in a row. I'll be around to grab links in the evenings, but my radio shift and Reno's class both have a stand-in lined up, and my kids are going to be scarce until probably around the weekend. Because homecoming. I will definitely try to surface from the art mines for homecoming.

In the meantime, Sparkle is a grumpy corgi being taken care of by Karina, Reno is a baby chocobo and in Rikku's hands, Jono is a snake and Hannibal's got modding rights there, and Elsa is a wee polar bear being taken care of by Barry. Warren and Nikolai are themselves, just scarce, which isn't really much of a stretch for those two anyway.

Seriously, who let me think it was a good idea to get a con table anyway?
